  • Controlling orders for Sales (Local Sales, Direct Sales), Sales Support.

  • Provide exemplary customer service and administrative support to the sales team

  • Working closely with Sales team in AZ and Customer Service Group, BP Geodis team, Manufacturing and other supplying plants.

  • Receive and acknowledge orders for internal and corporate marketing representatives.

  • Work with other departments to meet delivery requirements and potentially expedite the orders for the customers.

  • Monitor inventory and arrange transfer and shipping to final destination.

  • Track production weekly and provide reports.

  • Analyze sales exception forecasts, determine shortages, review and notify department staff and sales department of results.

  • Assist departments in acquiring inventory to fill shortages and daily orders from other locations.

  • Forecast standard inventory usage and routinely order appropriate quantities.

  • Facilitate usage of slow moving and obsolete inventory.

  • Controlling stock orders.

  • Working closely with OPS/AMO team; Logistics team.

  • Handle special projects, as assigned.


  • Fluent Russian and English

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office softwares (confident user of EXCEL)

  • Excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping and computing skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Input into Data base system to update customer information and track activity

  • Prompt attendance, dependable, with attention to detail

  • Tolerance for repetitive activities in a fast paced, dynamic, highly productive work environment

  • Good analytical skills


  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance is preferable

  • SAP knowledge
